Instructions

  1. Toast 2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff with a kitchen torch until golden and slightly caramelized. If no torch, gently warm fluff in a small pan until lightly browned, then cool slightly.
  2. Add whole milk, vanilla ice cream, toasted marshmallow fluff, and pure vanilla extract to a blender.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. If the milkshake is too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time and blend until desired consistency. If too thin, add up to 1/4 cup additional ice cream.
  5. Pour milkshake into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with whipped cream.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and a long spoon.

Tips

  • Torching marshmallow fluff creates a more authentic toasted flavor but warming it gently works as a substitute. Use chilled glassware to keep the milkshake cold longer.
