Instructions
- Add the milk and cooled espresso or strong brewed coffee to a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen banana, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, unsweetened cocoa powder, and fine sea salt.
- Add the ice cubes on top.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
- Check the consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk; if too thin, add a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana pieces and blend again.
- Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
