Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup cooked tapioca pudding to a blender.
- Add 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup whole milk.
- Add 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
Tips
- If you don't have tapioca pudding, prepare tapioca pearls separately and mix them into the blender with the ice cream and milk. Use whole milk for best creaminess.
