  • 1.0 tbsp (15.0 ml)honey or maple syrup
  • 1.0 tsp (5.0 ml)pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (120.0 ml)ice cubes
  • pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, crushed sugar cookies, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana pieces if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
