Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries, plain yogurt, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
