Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
