Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk, 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup strawberries, graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and thick. Avoid overblending to preserve texture.
  3. Check consistency. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time and blend briefly until desired texture is reached. If too thin, add 1/4 cup more ice cream and blend.
  4. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass.
  5. Top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and sprinkle with a few extra graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Use fresh strawberries when in season for best flavor. To intensify the s'mores effect, gently toast the mini marshmallows before adding them to the blender.
