Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and fresh grapes.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
