Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and frozen blackberries.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a dash of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes/frozen fruit if too thin.
