Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the matcha powder, frozen peach slices, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes last.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen peach slices if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
