Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, baby spinach (packed), and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35 to 50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and, if too thick, blend in 1 to 2 tablespoons additional coconut milk; if too thin, add a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit pieces and blend again.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
