  • ¾ cup (225.0 g)thick caramel sauce
  • 6.0 oz (170.0 g)dark chocolate, chopped
  • ¾ cup (180.0 ml)heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Spread the caramel over the bottom of the crust and freeze for 15 minutes to firm.
  2. Heat the cream until simmering, pour over the chocolate, rest 3 minutes, then stir in the vanilla until smooth.
  3. Pour the ganache over the caramel and refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with the flaky salt before serving.
