Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers, 2 tbsp mini marshmallows, and 2 tbsp chocolate syrup.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending to keep texture.
  4. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  5. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • For extra crunch, toast the graham crackers before crushing. You can substitute almond or cashew butter for peanut butter if desired.
