Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
