Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
- Add the frozen banana, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
