Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add frozen peach slices, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and the fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
