Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen peach slices and plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add vanilla extract, increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen peach slices if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
