Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen peach slices, cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of fine sea salt.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
