  • ⅛ tspfine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks and fresh or frozen papaya chunks.
  3. Add the ice cubes and 1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add the vanilla extract and increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and add 1–2 tablespoons of additional coconut milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.

Tips

  • For a thicker smoothie, freeze the papaya chunks beforehand. Use fresh papaya if frozen is unavailable, adjusting the texture with extra ice if needed.
