Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, plain yogurt, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. Add 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana if too thin. Blend again briefly if needed.
