Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, mixed berries, vanilla extract, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen berries if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
