Instructions
- Add the plain kefir and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen banana and mixed frozen berries.
- Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
- Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
- Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
