Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups (480 ml) chocolate ice cream.
- Add 1/3 cup (40 g) brownie pieces, 1/8 tsp (0.6 ml) peppermint extract, and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time; if too thin, add 1/4 cup additional ice cream.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp (30 ml) whipped cream and 1 tbsp (8 g) brownie crumbs.
