Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup chilled cold brew coffee and 2 cups vanilla ice cream to a blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then on medium-high speed for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time and blend briefly until desired texture is reached. If too thin, add 1/4 cup additional ice cream and blend again.
- Pour the milkshake into a chilled 16-ounce glass.
- Top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
Tips
- Use whole milk for thinning if the milkshake is too thick. For a dairy-free version, substitute ice cream and whipped cream with plant-based alternatives.
