Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Beat the cream cheese on medium-low speed until smooth, scraping the bowl.
  3. Beat in the maple syrup, vanilla, and salt, then the eggs one at a time, on low speed just until blended. Don't overbeat.
  4. Pour into the crust.
  5. Bake until the edge is set and the center still wobbles slightly, 30 to 35 minutes.
