Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage and the vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango and frozen dragon fruit chunks.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk. If too thin, add a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit and blend briefly.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
