  • 2.0 tbsp (30.0 ml)fresh lime juice
  • 1.0 tsplime zest, very finely grated
  • 1.0 tbsp (15.0 ml)water, plus more as needed
  • ⅛ tspfine sea salt

  1. Whisk the confectioners' sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the corn syrup, water, lime juice, and lime zest and stir until smooth and glossy.
