Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, fresh lemon juice, the vanilla extract, and the pinch of fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  4. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or add a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  5. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
