Instructions

  1. Brew the black tea bags in 6 fl oz (180 ml) of hot water for 4-5 minutes to make a strong tea then remove the tea bags.
  2. Stir in the granulated sugar and fresh lemon juice while the tea is still warm.
  3. Add 4 fl oz (120 ml) cold filtered water and pour the lemon tea over 1 cup (240 ml) of ice.
  4. Stir gently and serve immediately.
