Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups (480 ml) vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1 tablespoon (21 g) honey, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon (2 g) matcha powder.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20 to 30 seconds until just thick and smooth, avoiding overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) whipped cream.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
