Instructions

- Add about 2 fl oz (60 ml) of hot water at 160°F (71°C) to the matcha and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until frothy and fully dissolved.
- Stir in the honey until fully combined.
- Steam the whole milk to 140–150°F (60–66°C) with fine microfoam.
- Pour the steamed milk over the matcha mixture, stirring gently to combine, and serve immediately.
