Instructions

  1. Add the plain kefir and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and, if needed, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional kefir for thinner smoothie or a few extra ice cubes/frozen blueberries for thicker texture.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
