Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
- Add the chopped ripe pear, chia seeds, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
