Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, chia seeds, fresh spinach leaves, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  4. Check the consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
  5. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
