Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage and 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, chopped fresh guava, and chopped apple.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid; if too thin, add a few more ice cubes or frozen fruit and blend again.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
