Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 1/2 cup fresh diced dragon fruit to a blender.
  2. Add 2 cups vanilla ice cream and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
