Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the pitted Medjool dates, ground cinnamon, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency; add 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce (480 ml) glass and serve immediately.
