Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the ice cubes, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35 to 50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen strawberries if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
