Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen blackberries and plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds with the vanilla extract until completely smooth.
