Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and pitted Medjool dates.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency; if too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons more milk, or add a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
