Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen blueberries and cottage cheese.
- Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add the vanilla extract, increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
- Check consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or frozen blueberries and blend again.
