Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, chia seeds, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and add 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
