Instructions
- Add chilled cold brew coffee and vanilla ice cream to a blender.
- Add pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then on medium-high speed for 20 to 30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- If the milkshake is too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time and blend briefly until desired consistency is reached. If too thin, add 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream and blend.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with whipped cream.
