Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup chilled cold brew coffee to a blender, then add 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20 to 30 seconds, until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency; if too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time and blend briefly. If too thin, add up to 1/4 cup additional ice cream and blend.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
