Instructions

  1. Add the chilled cold brew coffee to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and protein powder.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add the vanilla extract, increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana slices if too thin.
