Instructions

  1. Add the chilled cold brew coffee to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the pitted Medjool dates, a pinch of fine sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional coffee if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
