Instructions
- Add milk to a high-speed blender.
- Add frozen banana, grated raw carrot, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and fine sea salt.
- Add ice cubes.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
- Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional liquid if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
