Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the papaya chunks and unsweetened shredded coconut.
  3. Add the ice cubes, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high speed and blend for 35–50 seconds until smooth.
  5. Check consistency; if too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons more coconut milk and blend briefly. If too thin, add a few ice cubes or frozen fruit and blend again.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
