Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
- Add the frozen banana, cashew butter, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt to the blender.
- Add the ice cubes last.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
