Instructions
- Prepare 1 shot (30 ml) of hot espresso and let it cool slightly.
- Add whole milk, chocolate ice cream, caramel sauce, pure vanilla extract, and the cooled espresso to a blender.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
